70th Annual meeting recap
The 70th Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner was held in person on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Pearl Country Club.
This year's annual meeting was like a homecoming for attendees as it marked the first time back to meeting in person since 2019. Even with indoor mask mandates and proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 test results still in effect, the in-person meeting was a welcomed sign that things are slowly getting back to "normal."
Vice chairperson Donna Hatico along with the other Board of Directors welcomed those who attended the event. There were two incumbent Board members that were re-elected by acclamation. After the annual meeting was conducted and adjourned, members and guest who attended the event enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner while being entertained by the musical group "The 2 Seasons." Of course, all members in attendance won a door prize from Schofield FCU staff who drew the names of the lucky winners. Members won prizes ranging from $10 cash all the way to the grand prize of $1,000 Hawaiian Airlines gift certificate. Attendees even played a few rounds of BINGO! for prizes.
Next year will mark our 71st Annual Membership Meeting. We hope to see you all again in person!
